• YouTube channel data: if you connect your channel, we access public channel and video information (name, subscriber count, video titles, thumbnails, view counts) to power features like Channel Showcase and Channel Coach.
• Usage data: the topics, keywords, and content you generate using our tools, so we can provide the service and improve it.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: provide and personalize our SEO and channel-analysis tools; process payments and manage your subscription or coin balance; communicate with you about your account or support requests; and improve and secure our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Improving the service: we count which tools are used, the topics and languages typed into them, and how often, so we can decide what to improve next. These totals are viewed only by our team, are never sold, and are not shared with third parties.

4. Google & YouTube Data

SEO for Tube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

If you choose “Connect YouTube”, with your permission we read your channel and video details and your YouTube Analytics reports to show your dashboard and SEO advice, and we update a video's title, description and tags only when you press “Apply” and confirm (with Undo). 5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Disconnecting your YouTube channel removes our access immediately; you can also revoke access anytime from your Google Account security settings.

We use trusted third-party services to operate SEO for Tube, including Google (for login and YouTube data), Razorpay (for payments), and Anthropic (to power Channel Coach's AI responses). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and have their own privacy policies.
